Santanu started his journey in capturing the moment way back in 1994 armed with his first Zenith. He is mesmerized by the the art of photography and learning everyday. Through this website he is trying to put some method into the madness and finally organize his work for you. Light 'n' Shadow is the product of many years of hard work. The pictures displayed on this site are some of Santanu's best work.
Santanu now lives in Kolkata with his mother, wife, two kids and Polo, a golden retriever puppy. His passion for photography has not died; it is infact, reaching it's peak. As Santanu continues to photograph the many small wonders of life, Light 'n' Shadow will grow along with him, displaying his work for the public to see.
